Patient Service Representative
Job Description
We need a Patient Service Representative to manage inbound / outbound calls, schedule patients, mange patient flow, demonstrate superior customer service, be a collaborative team player and tackle all tasks with utmost professionalism and enthusiasm.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Answer all calls in a timely fashion.
- Schedule appointments following appropriate guidelines to maximize schedule density.
- Address any and all patient questions and concerns.
- Communicate clearly with patients and medical staff.
- Obtaining medical insurance information and processing eligibility.
- Obtaining proper forms for patient registration.
- Entering demographics and payment information.
- Other general office duties as required.
- Adhere to all Richmond Dermatology’s policies and procedures.
- Consistently demonstrate a commitment to effective customer service, the practice’s mission and values and conduct her/himself in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Strong Communication (oral and written) skills.
- Excellent Customer Service acumen.
