Elizabeth Welsh (Henderson) DO
Dr. Elizabeth Welsh is a graduate of Virginia Tech. She enjoyed Blacksburg so much that she stayed and attended medical school at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine. She was a member of Sigma Sigma Phi honors society and graduated medical school with honors.
Dr. Welsh completed both her internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Dermatology at St. Joseph Mercy Health, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Welsh is an active member of American Academy of Dermatology. She was chosen to speak at two of the three annual international conferences during residency.
Dr. Welsh is passionate about dermatology. She serves both adults and children in all diseases of the skin, hair, and nails. In addition to medical dermatology, she also provides cosmetic and surgical care to her patients.
When not practicing dermatology, Dr. Welsh enjoys spending time with her husband and son. Dr. Welsh loves trying new restaurants, exploring all that Virginia has to offer, and spending time at the lake.
